Free Home Delivery
Your bike arrives 90% assembled. When you unbox your bike, refer to our assembly videos and user manual for step-by-step instructions on how to get your bike ready to ride. If you get stuck, you can always contact us for support. We can help you with adjustments.
Note: GEN3 currently only sells and ships to the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
We’ve partnered with mobile bike shop velofix to offer at-home assembly and maintenance of your bike. If you’d prefer professional assembly of your new electric bike by a trained bike mechanic, select “Add assembly” on the product page to add this service to your bike order. When you order bike assembly, we’ll give you a call to help you schedule your assembly appointment.
Shipping Policy: Any purchases over $500 USD are eligible for free ground shipping in the contiguous United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). For orders less than $500 USD, shipping charges will be provided during checkout. Typical shipments take 5-7 business days. Tracking numbers are provided via email after purchase.
