Assembly and Repair

Our goal is to keep you riding. We’ve partnered with mobile bike shop velofix to provide on-demand assembly and maintenance to our electric bike customers. You can add velofix assembly to your order and a certified bike mechanic will assemble your GEN3 electric bike onsite and perform a complete safety check.

If your bike needs a warranty repair down the road, velofix will come to you.
